This position assists with the implementation of the UCP Preschool program, including classroom activities, therapy objectives and daily care of students. High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license required. At least 3–5 years of early childhood education experience required. Position follows the Mobile County Public School System calendar.

  • We are searching for a Preschool Substitute for the Mobile location. This part-time position supports the UCP Preschool program by assisting with classroom activities, therapy objectives and daily care of students on an as-needed basis. High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license required. At least 3–5 years of early childhood education experience required.

  • We are searching for a part-time Preschool Aftercare Worker for the Mobile location. This position provides a safe and engaging environment for preschool students after the school day, including supervision of activities, snacks, daily routines and classroom care. High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license required. Hours are 2:00–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, following the Mobile County Public School System calendar.

  • We are searching for a full-time CCEP Inclusion Consultant for the Mobile location. This position supports childcare providers through modeling, mentoring and training on inclusive, developmentally appropriate practices for early childhood education. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related field and 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education management required. Appropriate experience may be substituted for education. Valid driver’s license required.
