Our goal is to provide training to anyone who is or may be involved with children who have special needs. Clients we serve include childcare providers, family childcare providers, preschool teachers, Moms’ Morning Out teachers, and anyone working within an inclusive childcare setting. We offer free training covering topics such as inclusion and strategies for identifying children who may be at-risk for developmental delays in the areas of cognition, speech/language, self-help, motor and social/emotional areas. The CCEP program can make funding available to help the facility with the hiring of substitutes, so that staff can attend. Training Clock Hours and CEU's are available. United Cerebral Palsy's CCEP team provides on-site consultation and technical assistance, and they will supply educational kits to promote inclusion.
Why should you take this training?
We can either provide training at your site, or our CCEP training team can help you locate a suitable facility to meet your needs.
