Speech Language Pathologist – Butler, Crenshaw, Covington, and Coffee County
We are searching for a Speech Language Pathologist to be a member of our Early Intervention Team covering one or more of the following counties: Butler, Crenshaw, Covington and Coffee. This position involves training families/caregivers in homes and daycare centers to work with infants and toddlers who have special needs. Ideal candidate must be willing to travel to client homes for Early Intervention therapy services. SLT must be licensed by ABESPA and have experience working with infants and toddlers. Position includes flexible schedule, travel time and mileage reimbursement. Position is a contract position. Current professional certification and liability coverage required.
Occupational Therapist – Dothan Area
We are searching for an Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention work in the Dothan area, specifically Henry, Houston, Geneva and Coffee counties. The ideal candidate for this position will provide occupational therapy services in a safe and effective manner, in order to enhance the development and independence of the United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile client. Must be willing to travel to client homes for Early Intervention therapy services. Position is a contract position. Current professional certification and liability coverage required.
CCEP Development Specialist – Mobile/Baldwin County
We are searching for a Development Specialist for the Childcare Enhancement with a Purpose program for Mobile/Baldwin County. This position helps promote the concept of developmentally-appropriate practices for early childhood education by visiting childcare facilities and instructing them on such practices. BS in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related field from an accredited education institution and at least three to five years experience in Early Childhood Education management.
Electronics Recycling Sorter – Mobile
We are searching for an Electronics Recycling Sorter for the Mobile location. The purpose of the Electronics Recycling Sorter is to contribute to UCP’s goals of electronics processing, sales, service and customer satisfaction by collecting and sorting. Requirements are also being able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently, stand and bend and work in a variable temperature environment. High school diploma and reliable transportation required.
Service Coordinator/Special Instructor – Washington, Clarke, Choctaw, and Monroe Counties
We are searching for a Service Coordinator/Special Instructor for Washington, Clarke Choctaw and Monroe counties. This position will be working as part of a multi- disciplinary team coordinating early intervention services for infants and toddlers birth to 3 years. BS in related Human Services fields, such as Child Development, Education, Psych. The ideal candidate must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
Special Education Preschool Teacher Assistant – Mobile
We are searching for a full-time Special Education Preschool Teacher Assistant for the Mobile location. This position implements all facets of the Mobile County Public School Early Childhood Special Education Unit at UCP of Mobile. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Previous experience working with children with special needs a plus.

Requirements are also being able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently. High school diploma and three or more years experience in working with people with disabilities required.
